Code of Practice

The Code of Practice details the legal rules that CSU must comply with in order to meet the requirements of Section 22 of the 1994 Education Act. The Code of Practice includes various aspects of CSU, such as the right to free and fair elections, clarity of finances, allocations of resources, services for members and non-members, affiliations to external organisations and how students wish to make a complaint.

Bye-Laws

Bye-Laws represent permanent and ongoing guidance on how CSU should be run. It goes into more detail about the specific rules we follow in certain situations, but can be adapted and edited more freely than the Articles of Association.
